    Our Laurel Office is located off of Van Dusen Road, across from Laurel Regional Hospital.

    Our Columbia office is located off of Little Patuxent Parkway, directly behind Little Patuxent Specialty Care Center, in between Howard County General Hospital and Howard County Community College.

  • Do I need a referral from my primary care physician for my office visit? Back to top

    The best way to find out if your insurance is an HMO and requires a referral for specialist office visits, is to contact the member services number on the back of your insurance card.

  • How long should I expect to spend at the office during my appointment? Back to top

    Appointment times vary for each patient. Our doctors provide a thorough examination and detailed treatment plan specifically tailored for each patient.

  • What should I do in the case of inclement weather? Back to top

    In the case of inclement weather, please call our offices to make sure we are able to open. Do not attempt to drive to your appointment if you feel that it is not safe.  If we are open and you are unable to make your appointment, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

  • What method of payment does your practice accept? Back to top

    We accept cash, personal check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We do not accept American Express.

  • Does your practice accept payment plans? Back to top

    Please contact the office to speak with our billing department in regard to this matter.

  • How can I request a copy of my medical records? Back to top

    Please complete the Medical Records Request Form and return the completed form to our office. You may download a copy of this form from Patient Forms.

  • How can I obtain a copy of my x-rays? Back to top

    X-rays taken after April 6th 2015 can be printed on disc. There is a $5 charge for this service.

    X-rays taken before April 6th 2015 are original films and may be checked out for up to 30 business days.

  • I just had my MRI, what is the next step? Back to top

    Contact our office to schedule a follow-up appointment. Your physician will want to review your MRI and discuss your treatment options. Make sure to bring a copy of your MRI on a disc to your appointment. If possible, we also ask that you bring a copy of the corresponding report as well.
